Please note that sometimes we may record the video conferencing call in which you participate to analyze and improve our staff's communication skills. If we do so, we will be announcing it at the beginning of the conference call and in the meeting invite, and we will be providing a link to our Privacy Policy in the meeting invites and on the registration page.

Information connected to you that is no longer necessary and relevant to provide our services may be de-identified or aggregated with other non-personal data. This information may provide insights that are commercially valuable to Parking NA, such as statistics of the use of the services.

As an application end user, you consent to our collection of your personal information when you log in for the first time. However, your employer has control of the account and may upload and share additional personal information. Additionally, Parking NA has established processes (including reviewing business processes, systems and resources on a periodic basis) to ensure consumers who exercise any of the above rights under US state privacy laws are not discriminated against.

In order to verify your identity, we will generally require sufficient information from you so that we can match it to the information we maintain about you in our systems. Sometimes we may need additional personal information from you to be able to identify you. We will notify you.

We may decline a request where we cannot verify your identity or locate your information in our systems or as permitted by law. In this case, we may request that you provide additional information reasonably necessary to authenticate you and your request.

You may choose to designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CCPA on your behalf. No information will be disclosed until the authorized agent's authority has been reviewed and verified. Once an authorized agent has submitted a request, we may require additional information (i.e., written authorization from you) to confirm the authorized agent's authority.

If you are an employee/former employee of a Parking NA client that uses our application and services, please direct your requests and/or questions directly to your employer or former employer.

If you are a third party (auditor, business associate, etc.), who was given access to the Parking NA application by a Parking NA client, please direct your requests and/or questions directly to the Parking NA client that gave you access.

If Parking NA does not take action on your Consumer Rights Request within the 45 days, or in the event of an extension, within the maximum 90-day response period, we will inform you in writing of the reasons for not taking action, as well as provide an explanation of any rights you have to appeal the decision. Under the ICDPA, Parking NA requires an action on your Consumer Rights Request to be taken within 90 days, or in the event of an extension, within the maximum 45-day response period. For opt-out or limit use and disclosure requests submitted under the CCPA, Parking NA will respond as soon as feasibly possible, with up to a maximum of 15 days.

For consumers residing in Virginia, Connecticut, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, Tennessee, Delaware, and Texas, within 60 days of receipt of an appeal, and for consumers residing in Colorado, Minnesota, New Jersey, Oregon, and Montana within 45 days of receipt of an appeal, Parking NA will inform the consumer, in writing, of any action taken/not taken in response to the appeal, including an explanation of the reasons for the decisions. If the appeal is denied, Parking NA will provide consumers with an online mechanism, if available, or another method which allows the consumer to contact the Attorney General to submit a complaint.

Minors Under Age 16

Our application and services are intended for business use, and we do not expect them to be of any interest to minors. We do not intentionally collect any personal information of consumers below the age of 13. If you believe that a child under 13 may have provided us their Personal Information, please contact us at privacy(at)parkingna.com. Following contact, Parking NA will request the age of the data subject who is a minor and get the consent of the holder of parental responsibility for the minor, where Parking NA needs to process that personal information.

A.3 For Individuals Based in Australia

This section is applicable to individuals whose personal information is collected, stored, used or disclosed by an APP Entity under the Australian Privacy Principles ("APPs") contained in the Privacy Act of 1988.

A.3.1 Providing Anonymous and Pseudonymous Options

You have the option of anonymity or using a pseudonym when dealing with Parking NA. However, this option may not be made available to you in certain cases, including if it's impractical for Parking NA to allow this option or when Parking NA is required or authorized to deal with an identified individual by or under the law.

A.3.2 Collection, Use and Disclosure of Personal Information

Parking NA collects personal information only by lawful and fair means. Additionally, Parking NA collects personal information directly from you or your authorized representative, unless we have your consent for collection from another source (i.e., third parties), it is required or authorized by law, or it is unreasonable to collect the information only from you. Parking NA may collect 'sensitive information' about you where you have consented to the collection and it is reasonably necessary for one of our functions or activities or if it is required or authorized by law.

When a privacy question, concern or request is received, Parking NA has a team to triage the contacts and address the specific query in a timely manner. Where your query is more substantive in nature, Parking NA may require additional information. If you are unsatisfied with the reply received, you may refer your complaint to the Data Protection Board (Supervisory Authority). Parking NA can provide you with additional information about relevant complaint avenues which may be applicable to your circumstances.

Children Under Age 18

Parking NA websites are designed and intended for use by adults. Where one of our websites is intended for use by a younger audience, we will obtain consent from the person with guardian/parental responsibility before we collect personal data, where it is required by applicable laws and regulations. If Parking NA discovers that we have collected personal data from a child without consent from a parent or guardian where such consent should have been obtained, we will delete that personal data as soon as practical.
